Bear in mind however that during the evening you may be more apt to wind down in front of the TV and let your ‘healthy eating’ guard down which may result in weight gain. Eating late can also have a negative impact on the quality of your sleep. If this sounds familiar, it may be a sign that you haven't eaten enough well balanced meals during the day.
In fact, it's just the opposite. Sweating is not necessarily an indicator of exertion it’s your body’s way of cooling itself. A fit body is better able to keep cool during exercise by pushing blood to the skin’s surface to release heat and by producing more sweat to cool the body through perspiration. This is the sign of an efficient cooler. Accordingly it's also possible to burn a significant number of calories without breaking a sweat. Try taking a walk or doing some light weight training.
