Employee Health Checks

Employee Health Checks designed to provide your employees with information and advice to reduce their risks for certain preventable diseases and boost their overall health and fitness.

  • Confidential 20 minute one on one sessions
  • Professional lifestyle evaluations
  • Optional health testing eg height, weight, postural analysis, BMI, Blood Pressure, cholesterol, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility
  • Immediate and bespoke advice based on results
  • Post analysis reporting

Employee Health Checks are proven to reduce absenteeism by promoting a balanced lifestyle and providing bespoke health advice for each employee.

Fitness Age Assessments

This 30 minute one on one assessment allows the employee to compare their fitness 'age' to their real 'age' by contrasting results for body composition, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness with normative data for the Australian population. This simple test can reap tremendous results as the employee is motivated to 'Turn Back the Clock' and reduce their fitness age to match their chronological age or, better still, to beat it!

Massage Therapy

Our specially trained therapists use massage techniques aimed to release stress and tension in key areas of the upper body to improve mental alertness and productivity.

  • Massages range from five to 30 minutes
  • Take place in meeting rooms or at an employee's workstation
  • Treat the following areas: neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands and head
  • Oils and creams aren't used on the body during treatments
  • Removal of clothing isn't necessary
  • Aromatherapy oils and relaxing music are used at the employer's discretion
  • Minimum booking of two hours per session

Massage therapy is the program to improve employees' mental focus, clarity and attention to detail.
